REVIEW >> New Google Nexus will receive a processor with speeds up to 1.5GHz and running Android 4.0?

A new portion of gossips about the future addition to the family of Google Nexus smartphones has appeared out there. In contrast to earlier assumptions that this device will be powered by single-chip platform NVIDIA Kal-El, they say now that the new gadget will feature quad core Qualcomm Krait or Texas Instruments OMAP4460 with clock range of 1.2-1.5 GHz.

New Google Nexus will also have a big display (exact dimensions are not specified) with a resolution of 720p, making it more suitable for viewing high-definition videos. There will also be no hardware buttons below the screen - now all operations will be performed directly on the screen.

They have also mentioned about front and rear camera resolution of 1 and a 5 megapixels. 5 megapixels is not big news but camera sensor demonstrates excellent results when compared to similar cameras especially in dark conditions. Video recording can be carried out in a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Among other specifications it will have 1 GB RAM and LTE/4G communication module and it will all be built into a very thin case. As for Android 4.0 OS it sounds too optimistic since the sales of a new Google Nexus already expected to start on the day before Thanksgiving (Nov. 24).
