REVIEW >> Sony Ericsson introduced Mix Walkman and txt pro: phones for social networking

Within twenty days after the initial announcement, Sony Ericsson has officially announced Mix Walkman phones and txt pro for users who cannot imagine their life without social networks. New gadgets have different designs but their characteristics are identical.

The most interesting social networks phone seems to be txt pro, because it is equipped with a mechanical pull for QWERTY keyboard making it much easier to communicate via internet. Txt pro features a 3inch capacitive touch-screen with resolution of 400 x 240 pixels, 100 MB of internal memory, slot for memory cards microSD, MicroUSB port, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, 3.5 mm jack for connecting headphones and 3.2 megapixel rear camera. Dimensions of txt pro are: 93 x 52 x 18 mm and it weighs 100 g. It should be noted that the gadget is designed as Xperia smartphones.

However, Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman is more like a musical device. In terms of technical characteristics this gadget is a full analogue of txt pro. Due to the lack of a mechanical keyboard casing Mix Walkman managed to be much more compact (size - 95,8 x 52,8 x 14,3, weight - 88 g) and has a more capacious battery, which provides greater battery life (up to 9.5 hours of talk against 5 hours and 10 minutes of txt pro).

Sony Ericsson txt pro will be available in three colors: black, white and pink. Mix Walkman will be in: black and pink or black and green. Sony Ericsson has decided to release them in the third quarter of the year. There is still no information on prices yet.
