Gigabyte has introduced their new 14-inch Booktop M series during the 2011 Computex Taipei, called Gigabyte Booktop M2432 laptop. The Booktop M2432 is a new compact and lightweight laptop with measuring in 27.6mm thick with weight at just 1.81kg. The Gigabyte M2432 comes with special Docking Station with support NVIDIA GT 440 GPU with 1GB VRAM DDR5 and supporting two external monitors.

The Docking Station also contains full I/O ports which includes 6 USB ports, HDMI, D-Sub, and DVI ports among others to offer full level desktop experience. Designed with aluminum hairline brushed finish, Gigabyte Booktop M2432 also offer a FlexiBay for slim optical rive or 2nd battery that can be hot swapped for an extended battery, Smart Manager user interface for access different system programs into a single intuitive guiding page, Hassle Free System Restore with a quick click on F9 to launch Smart Recovery and two speakers backed by THX TruStudio Pro technology that provide the same level audio experience found in live performances, movies and recording studios.

Other specifications of the Booktop M2432 laptop includes Intel Core i5 processors, Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics with DirectX10.1 support, a 14 inch LED backlit display with resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, an integrated webcam for video conferencing, a DVD writer, USB 3.0 port and will be release in silver color and red color option. Gigabyte Booktop M2432 notebook also comes with Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n for connectivity.
