Word has it that the HTC ChaCha will receive a faster processor. This Facebook phone features a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, but it seems that the company has decided to increase the clock speed by another 200MHz. As a reminder, the ChaCha is a candybar style smartphone with a blackberry-esque keyboard below the screen. The phone also has a 512MB of RAM, a 512MB of ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 1250mah battery, Wi-Fi, GPS and both front- and rear-facing cameras.
