Panasonic has unveiled a new 13.1 inch fully-rugged laptop lineup with Panasonic Toughbook 31. The Toughbook 31 rugged notebook is based on Intel Sandy Bridge platform with featurs a MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F and IP65 certification for vibration, extreme temperature, shock, drop and high altitude fοr mobile professionals іn mission-critical environments. Panasonic Toughbook 31 will be release on June 2011 in three basic configurations that can be customized with a range of options. You can purchase the machine with starting price at $3, 299.

Toughbook 31 Features

The Toughbook 31 rugged notebook made with spill-resistant magnesium alloy case with handle and drop shock protection, Back-lit keyboard with Pressure-sensitive touchpad with vertical scrolling support and measuring in 11.5 x 11.9 x 2.9 inch with weight 7.9 or 8.2 lbs. Panasonic Toughbook 31 Laptop also support front-facing speaker with Intel high-definition audio, new hybrid cooling system for keeps the internal temperature down and support 3G and 4G connectivity on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless.
