Is the death of Blackberry?

Don't forget that cell phones were as before iPhone and Android? Fundamentally cell phone users fell in 2 categories - those who wanted any phone they could get their hands on (remember Nokia) and most serious users, adults, who went as the Blackberry.

The Blackberry has been praised as a personal digital assistant. It makes it easy to keep a calendar, message and send mobile e-mail. Any person who has everyone had a Blackberry. President Obama a. Elaine had one on semi-Seinfeld meeting which took place Curb your enthusiasm, prompting Jerry to ask if it was "one of these persons from Blackberry" which would be the text and email in the middle of conversations. Even my father has one - and refuses to switch to Android or iPhone.

And while 2010 showed a net increase of sales of Blackberry, is what the phone does not enjoy the popularity that he was once. It is having to share time a floor with all fancy business smartphones keep throw at us.

All this leads me to ask the question: is the death of Blackberry?

Resistance of BlackBerry

No doubt, the Blackberry has hung around for some time. In fact, the first get out way back in 1999, the year that my high school diploma. And here I am 12 years old and heavier, more than 12 books and I still speak the Blackberry. That said, it must have a strong right points of sale?  Something that puts in the competition…but rigid what is?

I've torn my brain for quite some time to try to answer this question. And after about an hour of flow through articles news and blogs Després, here's what I decided: the feature number one which puts Blackberry over its competition is its messaging capabilities. Emails fly faster BlackBerry for Blackberry to cpu to cpu. And the speed of the Blackberry messenger can match any other phone.

And that's it.

Weaknesses of the BlackBerry

I can describe the weaknesses of the Blackberry in two words: all the rest. OK, this is perhaps a bit of a stretch, but I would certainly argue that Blackberry is not followed with time for surfing the web, media and all the other things of recreation.

And when they have passed the million (or billion?) hype the release of the torch, they certainly earned some attention. But let's be - phone was a disappointment. In fact, it has been described by many as having performance very buggy. There is little doubt that anyone looking to surf the web and use various types of media will choose one of their other options of smartphone.

My conclusion

As mentioned previously, we have seen everyone of Obama President of the Elaine character to my father by using the Blackberry. And I would suggest that there is the problem. BlackBerry fails to reach the younger market share, collect. And while the iPhone and Android and others are being eroded by the young crow up, the Blackberry is stuck in the hands of aging.

What is do you see the issue here?

No, the Blackberry is not dead. But it is rapidly aging and unless the wire rim creators can find away to enter the head of our youth, the chances are he will die.
