How to update the "Normal" Style in Microsoft Word

Change the "normal" style in Microsoft Word is easy and can be done as little as two minutes.

Create a block of text by using the style that you want to appear as "Normal" - the default font and paragraph style that Word will use whenever you create a new document.Make sure to define not only the text and size fonts, but also the paragraph style: choose something in the block of text that you just created, click a right and then choose Paragraph.Set spacing, indentation and alignment.Then select some of the finished text, it right click and select Styles.
