Gigabyte is said to have some tablets in their labs, and well, they just took one out to Computex Taiwan 2011 for a walk. Gigabyte has announced their 7-inch Windows 7 tablet called the S1080. The tablet has a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen display. It has a resolution of 1024 x 600, and also comes equipped with a built-in VGA port, which allows users to hook up an external monitor or projector whenever a larger display is needed.

It's powered by Intel Atom N570 and comes with 2GB of DDR3 memory and 320GB hard drive. Yes, that's a 2.5-inch, 5400rpm SATA hard disk in a tablet.
