The application Virtualization Client could not update publishing… App-V error

Somepeople says to install Msxml 6.0 in the server first the APP-V installation server, BUT it not true.

It is enough to give permission in the APP-V console, , Default Provider, Group Assignment Tab

 

"The application Virtualization Client could not update publishing information from the server <serverName>.
The Application Virtualization Server has returned an Internal System error.  Report the following error code to your System Administrator.
