Who knows when Apple lanch her Ipad

In most published images from Apple we see that the day located on the program agenda refers to the day of the announcement on the iPad was on January 27 last year, but after updating iOS 4.3 Beta 2, but now the systen suggest to change the date to 9 as it shown on the picture

Is this figure refers to Wednesday, 9 February and will be the date of the announcement for the new iPad? Or just change the number does not mean that this is the date of the Declaration?? who knows!!!
