The lawsuit asserts against BIOLASE claims for patent and trademark infringement and unfair competition, and seeks monetary damages and an injunction.
The lawsuit has been filed in view of BIOLASE's offering for sale in the U.S. its iLase™ cordless soft tissue laser.
