It definitely comes up. Not so much how to create influence, but how to track it. A lot of technologists are focused on creating platforms for influencers to use. But there is a deep curiosity around how to track and analyze it and get a sense of how it happens and how it happens in real time. And that is really hard to define, as I’m sure you’re discovering. (laughs)"
