click on Browse or put  iOS up Drag

choose iOS 4.3.3

here i choose iphone 4

wait till  SN identify iOS

after that

we choose Expert Mode

×  all list its keep BB from updating ×

we choose General

and we choose what in pic:

after that

this for Sources and DEB on Cydia

its not important to do but it does for those who dont have Wifi
