Stolen Camera Finder Helps You Locate. Pinched Camera

Here's a really cool idea. When you take a digital photo, there is lots of info stored in the bits of the image. Things like shutter speed, F stop, and even the camera's serial number.

If you ever have your digital camera stolen chances are that pictures taken with it will be posted to the Internet.

Stolencamerafinder.com scours the net to find images taken with your camera to help you track it down.

Basically you drag a photo (taken with you camera before it was stolen) onto the site and then the site looks across the Internet tomfind photos that match the serial number. Hopefully that helps give you a clue as to where it might be.

The service is even FREE!
