First go to start >> Run >> shutdown -s -t 3600 >> OK
u can choose any time u want .. but in second 1h=60x60=3600s
To cancel it .. just Go to Start >> Run >> shutdown -a >> OK .. and ll stop the shut down operation !!

How to turn off your Computer after a certain times determined by you without programs
First go to start >> Run >> shutdown -s -t 3600 >> OK
